Fear won the audience award in the Mentor Arabia Film Competition in 2022. It was also selected to be part of the Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival and the International Short Film Festival Detmold in 2021, the MAX3MIN - Very Short Film Festival, the MedFest in 2023, and the Aflamuna Short Film Competition in 2024.
